Sport & Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

A massage treatment involving firm soft tissue, trigger point release, passive and active stretches, along with joint mobility techniques. Not just for the sporty or athletic. This type of massage treatment can benefit all who need something a little stronger. Fantastic for niggle treatment, injury prevention, pre and post-event, and for general maintenance.

With over 5 years of experience in personal training and sports massage therapy, Marco helps clients improve recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing. His interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation led him to pursue a career in osteopathy, where he specialises in structural and sports approaches to treat and prevent musculoskeletal issues. Marco uses a blend of manual therapy, tailored exercise, and evidence-based care to support long-term health and performance. Outside of work, Marco passionate about music and sports. He has played drums for 15+ years and regularly perform live. He also enjoy bodybuilding, football, tennis and spending weekends exploring parks with his fiancée and their dog, Hazel.

Mrs Gemma Extence

Gemma trained at the London School of Osteopathy, graduating with a master’s degree. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and has fully-comprehensive insurance. Gemma has a robust background in personal training and sports massage. She has worked with professional sports teams such as the All Blacks and England rugby team. In addition to her sports-focused expertise, Gemma has a keen interest in women’s health and is certified in the Mummy MOT assessment, providing tailored care for new mothers. Gemma has a keen interest in running, competing in marathon events in her own time.

Miss Felicity Hamilton-Cox

Felicity trained at the University College of Osteopathy, obtaining a master’s degree with distinction in 2020. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and has fully-comprehensive insurance for all the services she offers.

She also holds qualifications in sport massage, personal training, strength & conditioning, mat Pilates, functional rehabilitation, and swim coaching. Prior to this, she received a 2:1 bachelor’s degree at Bristol University in physiological science.
